STEP 1
DIAGNOSIS
In order to apply to NDIS, you need two things - to be a disabled person, and to experience permanent limitations in your functioning. Being Autistic is a recognised disability. If you are already formally identified as Autistic, and you are wanting to apply to be a NDIS participant, you will need to take the next steps outlined below. Please note, the steps below are only for adults who are past or current clients, and are eligible for NDIS.

We will go through what is happening for you day to day, and you will have some other questions to fill out afterwards.

$300 standard
$270 concession
STEP 3
REPORT
I will then write a report that provides the details for Section 2 of the Access Request Form. Please note, report costs vary according to documentation required for support needs.
